The David Drye Company, LLC, is a Real Estate
Development and Management company whose primary focus is to glorify God. The
Company is privately owned and operated, based in Concord, North Carolina. Our
founder, David Drye, Sr.,
had the vision of a business established on strong Biblical principles,
dedicated to building and managing with care and integrity. Through our
Construction Division, Apartments, Hotels and Real Estate ventures, we strive
daily to fulfill Mr. Drye’s vision. Early ventures included mini-storage
centers and small single-family home communities. Our first apartment community
was built in 1974 in Concord, NC. Over the years, other business ventures
included a Chinese food delivery service and a family-themed fun park. In the
coming years, new initiatives may be undertaken, but the core values will
remain the same.

The most important component of the David Drye
Company is the commitment to Biblical principles. We exist to live out the life
that God the Father gives us freely through Jesus Christ, and expand His
kingdom in the earth. In the past, this was evidenced by publishing a local
newspaper, founding a Christian school and producing weekly TV broadcasts.
Currently, involvement in various Christian outreaches and supporting Christian
organizations are the Company’s main thrust in the public arena. We desire to
serve everyone with respect, integrity and devotion. Our goal is to live out
Proverbs 3:5-6, which says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean
not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will
direct your paths."
